Yes, any time. Email support@clearwaythrough.com and say you want to cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel more than 24 hours before your next billing date. A cancellation inside those 24 hours is charged for the following month, and your plan ends after that month. No contract and no cancellation fee. We recommend giving it six months, because that is how long an audience takes to build.
No. Your card is charged when you subscribe, and you can cancel any time after that.
The day you subscribe. That date becomes your billing date, and your plan renews on it every month until you cancel. Stripe emails you a receipt each time, and the receipt shows the date.
Stripe takes you to a welcome page and your welcome email arrives with one link: start your onboarding. You answer a short set of questions about your business, send your logo and a few photos, and connect your accounts by adding Clear Way Through as an admin or partner on your pages, with written steps sent by email. Your first posts go out within a few days of connecting.

A month that has started is a month we deliver, so it is not refunded. A charge that should never have happened, like one taken after you cancelled on time, is refunded in full. Just email support@clearwaythrough.com.
