The tools I actually use

This is the software running my own businesses right now. Not everything on the market, and not a list of things I tried once for a video. If it is on this page, it is doing a job for me this week.

Some of the links here pay me a commission if you sign up through them. It costs you nothing extra and the price is the same either way. Nothing made this page because of the commission. Canva, Leonardo, Content360 and Claude pay me nothing at all and they are on the page anyway, because leaving them off would make the rest of it worthless.

Build the funnel

Systeme.io

Every page, funnel, order form and email list I run lives inside Systeme, including the page you are reading. I moved to it to stop paying five separate subscriptions to do one job. The Startup plan is US$18 a month, and the free plan goes further than you would expect before you have to pay for anything.

Schedule the content

Content360

A scheduler that posts to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Threads from one place. What matters to me is the API, because my own scripts hand it a finished video and a caption and it goes out with nobody watching. It does not make video, it moves it. I paid US$94 once, for lifetime access.

Plain link. This one pays me nothing.

Buffer

The second rail. Buffer carries YouTube, TikTok and Facebook for both of my brands, and it stays connected as the fallback for the days the first tool has a problem. Two rails instead of one is the reason a bad morning is not a lost day. The free plan covers three channels.

Make.com

The wiring between things that do not talk to each other. Mine pulls a finished video out of Dropbox, reads the caption off a spreadsheet, and posts it to Instagram without me touching it. The free plan gives you 1,000 credits a month, and I am still on it.

Make the assets

Canva

Thumbnails, covers, title cards, brand graphics. I pay CA$25 a month for the Business plan, partly because it also carries Leonardo. Canva has closed its open affiliate program, so there is nothing in this one for me.

Plain link. This one pays me nothing.

Leonardo AI

Image and video generation. It came bundled inside that same Canva plan, which is the cheapest route to it I have found. Leonardo shut its affiliate program in April 2026, so this is a plain link.

Plain link. This one pays me nothing.

Answer the phone

ElevenLabs

The voice on Alice, the phone agent that answers a business line and books the appointment. It is also the voice on every long form video I narrate. Of everything on this page it is the one line I would not cut. The Creator plan runs about US$22 a month, and there is a free tier if you want to hear it before you pay for it.

One with nothing attached

I write, plan and build most of what I do with Claude. Anthropic runs no affiliate program, so I earn nothing for naming it, which is roughly the point of a page like this one.

If none of this is your setup, that is a fine answer. It is a list, not a prescription.
